Our client is a public economic development company focused on finding intervention alternatives for existing industrial and cultural heritage assets to attract economic activity to the region.
At BAT, we are pioneering an initial renovation and expansion project that will allow us to demonstrate the possibilities and potential of an industrial building to house the innovation department of a major technology company.
BAT is therefore proposing a new complete renovation of the building with a complete redesign of the interiors and an alternative for the extension of the building.
Urban regeneration and restoration of value for industrial heritage environments in disuse, that will be given a new life alongside technological companies of the present.
Work is underway to create a technological look that will describe the building's past and future. The final development of 6,500 m² includes workspaces, offices and learning areas, and is completed with a representative space that looks directly outwards and has spaces to socialize and relax. A showcase to the city.
