A flexible and modular office building is proposed, around a large green, outdoor, vibrant space that combines work and rest areas and strengthens communication between the most restless minds in the region. An example building is projected, a zero-emissions infrastructure, a culture center occupied by emerging start-ups from the fabric of the territory. Adjusted to the rigid urban planning, the interior ecosystem is formalized with a mesh that protects and covers a natural environment and gives the project identity.

Public institutions of the energy sector are inviting us to submit a design proposal for one of the most important organizations of the energy generation and distribution sector.

The Project faces the challenge of leading the next energy transition by developing new business and technological models for the distribution networks.

Adjusted to the strict decayed urban planning of the surroundings, the inner ecosystem is drawn up with a mesh that protects and covers the natural environment and gives the project an identity. Buildings that speak the same language spread to the city, with a 20,000 sqm space made up of offices and innovation spaces.
