This project creates a new concept for public space within the seafront promeda in Tanger. With the tower as a landmark, it promotes mixed use activities and creates connectivity between the buildings. The landscape design enhances green areas and livability offering pleasant public spaces that also enables the flux of users. The main tower offers a variety of uses and becomes a significant landmark for the place.
