This lot presents the initial challenge of an extremely complicated orography and orientation. The location of the road and pedestrian access points along with the placement of the volume of each room requires careful planning and calculation right from the first sketches. The priority, however, can be discovered by the clear demand that emanates from every space: views! views! views! The after dark plan does not hold back in its dimensions or uses, but it is confined to the upper floor so that the ground floor remains open. With this arrangement, the marvellous panoramic view can be easily admired, especially from the exterior spaces of Chill Out and Wellness.
